Wan Li Zhu
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Wan Li Zhu is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Suffolk Technologies. He is an experienced venture capital investor, previously holding a Partner position at Fairhaven Capital in Boston. He founded and runs MIT Alumni Angels, MIT’s nationwide alumni-based startup investment network. Before startup investing, Wan Li was a product leader at Microsoft in Dynamics CRM. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.

Jit Kee Chin
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Jit Kee co-founded Suffolk Technologies to create a robust platform for innovation and transformation in the industry. She is also Chief Data and Innovation Officer at Suffolk, leading the company’s journey to leverage big data and advanced analytics to improve construction outcomes. Before Suffolk, Jit Kee spent ten years with McKinsey and Company, advising Fortune 100 companies on strategic, commercial, and advanced analytics topics. She graduated from the California Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in physics and English Literature and later received her Ph.D. in Physics from MIT.

Puneet Mahajan
Managing Partner
Puneet Mahajan is a Managing Partner at Suffolk Technologies. He also serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Suffolk Construction, responsible for managing Suffolk’s risk profile, executing strategic priorities, enhancing the data analytics function, incubating in-house technologies, and digitizing the organization. Prior to Suffolk, Puneet served as Vice President of Finance at General Electric and served on the investment committee of the organization’s Pension Fund ($50 billion AUM) and Corporate Venture ($500 million AUM). He was also CFO of GE India, CFO of GE Capital Asia ($25 billion Asset portfolio) and CFO of GE Consumer Finance Japan ($10 billion Asset portfolio). He earned his Bachelor of Commerce at Panjab University and Master of Business Administration at the GOA Institute of Management.

Diana Kay
Partner, Investment
Diana focuses on early-stage software and hardware investments, with particular attention to digitization and datafication of the built environment. She leverages her experience in marketing, operations, data science, and investment to help develop the next generation of con-tech and prop-tech startups. Before joining Suffolk Technologies, Diana worked at Dell Technologies Capital, investing in B2B tech startups, including AI, Big Data, IoT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud native and storage systems, and DevOps. Diana holds an MS from Bentley University and a BA from McGill University.

Jonson Berman
Vice President, Investment
Jonson works on early-stage investments, helping companies create better, faster, and more cost-effective solutions that reduce environmental strain. Before Suffolk Technologies, Jonson spent five years at a multi-billion dollar family office. He began the firm’s first dedicated Climate-Tech venture fund and concentrated on sustainable infrastructure investing. Jonson holds a BA in Physics and a minor in Molecular Engineering from the University of Chicago.

Noah Sadhwani
Venture Capital Investment Analyst
Noah is a Venture Capital Investment Analyst focused on early-stage investments, leveraging his experience investing within the industrial technology and life sciences industries to drive technological innovation in the built environment. Prior to Suffolk, Noah spent two years as a Private Equity investor at Battery Ventures. Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University.

Parker Mundt
Partner, Platform
Parker leverages his industry experience and connections to support entrepreneurs’ development and scaling efforts. He also manages BOOST, Suffolk Technologies’ 6-week accelerator program for early-stage companies. Parker previously held Operations and Executive management roles at Suffolk Construction, working to standardize operational excellence. He earned his BS in Earth and Oceanographic Science from Bowdoin College.

Mack Rush
Senior Associate of Emerging Technologies
Mack Rush is an Emerging Technology Associate, focused on identifying and executing pilot opportunities for early-stage solutions and products. Mack supports the growth and development of exciting new tech by leveraging his operational experience and Suffolk’s network of jobsites, operations experts and industry partners to provide startups with valuable data and feedback from the field. Prior to joining Suffolk Technologies, Mack held roles in project management on multiple Suffolk projects ranging from $185 million to $600 million, as well as in preconstruction and estimating multiple projects valued between $100 million and $1.5 billion. Mack is a graduate of Williams College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English.

Carly Joos
Head of Community
Carly Joos is our Community Manger focused on building a vibrant community around Suffolk Technologies’ venture fund by engaging with and supporting key stakeholders including portfolio companies, innovation and industry partners, and more. Prior to joining Suffolk, Carly managed partnerships for an early-stage clean technology accelerator program and held operational roles in business development, client success, and marketing. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on sustainable innovation from the University of Vermont.

Ryan O’Connor
Product Manager
Ryan O’Connor is a Product Manager, focused on researching, piloting, and driving adoption of early-stage solutions and products in PropTech, ConTech, and InfraTech. Ryan supports the growth and development of ‘built-world’ technology by leveraging his relationships and project management experience in commercial real estate. Prior to Suffolk, Ryan worked in commercial leasing and real estate technology at Boston Properties. He successfully managed numerous projects and analytical insights, driving operational excellence and strategy. Ryan earned a BS in Finance from Siena College.

Caroline Culp
Project Engineer
Caroline is a Project Engineer focused on community engagement and assisting startups in the BOOST accelerator program. She works closely with founders to help them navigate challenges and connect them with valuable resources. Prior to joining Suffolk Tech, Caroline was on the Project Controls team at Suffolk, and supported the management of delays, risks, and claims across the company, and assisted counsel during mediation and litigation. Caroline earned a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University and is currently in Suffolk’s Career Start program.

Mike Lindblom
Chief Financial Officer
Mike Lindblom is the VP of FP&A & Treasury at Suffolk, where he leads the company’s Financial Forecasting & Cash Management strategies. Mike is also responsible for the financial support for Suffolk’s investment verticals, including Suffolk Technologies. He supports the leadership of Suffolk Technologies and assists with the overall infrastructure and both short and long-term financial planning. Prior to Suffolk, he worked at Hanover Insurance with a focus on portfolio risk management & emerging business line analytics. Mike graduated from the UMASS Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, and later received his MBA from UMASS Amherst.

Daniel Huber
Senior Director of New Business Operations
Dan Huber is Senior Director of New Business Operations for Suffolk, leveraging extensive experience in finance, investor relations, and operations to scale new business verticals. He collaborates with the management teams of both Suffolk and its verticals, including Suffolk Technologies. Prior to joining Suffolk, Dan spent nearly two decades at GE completing roles in finance, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and operations. He helped separate GE into three strong, independent companies and was part of GE’s award-winning investor relations team. Dan graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Management degree.

Austin Barry
Senior Manager of Technology Strategy
Austin is Senior Manager of Technology Strategy, supporting Suffolk Technologies and Suffolk Design (Suffolk’s in-house team of architects and engineers). He focuses on growth, business planning, and market intelligence to shape strategic direction. Previously, he spent nearly four years on Suffolk’s Corporate Strategy team and worked in investment banking at Citizens Bank. Austin holds a BS in Management, with a concentration in Finance, from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Austin is passionate about construction, having grown up working in framing and carpentry at his family’s custom homebuilding company on the Jersey Shore.
